- Bachelor’s degree or above yet with no requirement for major
- Translation certificate holder or overseas graduate preferred
- High proficiency in two languages with strong language skills
- 1+ years of solid experience in professional translation
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office and CAT tools
- Committed and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure

- Overall translation project analysis, execution and supervision, file pre-processing
- Recruit talents for various projects and assign different tasks to different members
- Deliver translation in time and make amendments according to clients’ feedbacks
- Assess the quality of deliverables and assist Project Director in KPI maintenance
- Update and integrate client-specific and industry-specific glossaries in databases

- Bachelor’s degree in a foreign language, high proficiency in English and Chinese
- 1-3 years of solid experience in translation or other project or team management
- Outstanding capability of communication and coordination, excellent leadership
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office, file processing and CAT tools
- Committed and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and tight schedule

- Provide professional consultation, customized solutions for clients in major projects
- Proofread and assure the quality of translation done by translators and proofreaders
- Prepare glossaries, if necessary, for projects and manage company language assets
- Design and implement internal trainings for TEPers to improve professional skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a foreign language, TEM -8 or equivalent certificate holders
- 3 years of experience as translator; extra experience as quality assurer, preferred
- Detail-oriented, always striving for high standards; able to work under pressure

- Assist Project Managers in project analysis, document engineering, talent recruitment, project supervision, and summary and filing
- Coordinate with other functions of the company throughout project execution,
- Identify and report on non-compliance with corporate standard processes

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Have a good command of MS office and common CAT tools
- Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Work experience with a language service provider is a plus

- Advanced listening and speaking proficiency in language pairs;
- 2 years experience as an interpreter with profound knowledge and understanding in more than 3 professional fields;
- CATTI 2 holder or equivalent certificates preferred, overseas experience preferred;
- At all times act in a professional and ethical manner, able to work under pressure.

- Work closely with marketing team to conduct fundamental research and analysis
- Assist the marketing team in identifying existing and prospective client needs
- Can work at home, but perform given assignments in precise and timely manners

- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or related disciplines
- Proficient in information/data collection, processing, and analysis
- Familiarity with advanced market research/statistics is preferred
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, good writing and speaking

Provide technical support to Nirvana-Boya staff, clients and translator.
- Help PMs pull out word count analysis report and convert files
- Provide technical support to Nirvana-Boya TEPers;
- Provide solutions to CAT-related problems
- Provide technical support and software test to localization projects
- General administration and phone support duties as required
- Can work at home but need to ensure adequate support coverage

- Bachelor’s degree or above in CAT or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Technical proficiency, able to provide clear instructions
- Good command of both Chinese and English preferred
